File permissions DataSync

I have a Google drive that is synced to an Asustor NAS. When DataSync downloads files it only give permission to the owner (see attachment). I need to share these files with people of the same group. Is there a way to make DataSync add group permissions (or Others permissions) to the files it downloads?

I also have the same issue; the permissions on the synchronized files are set to 700 (rwx------) by default. Other users cannot read them via SMB, and this logic is completely impractical for use in a corporate environment. I hope there can be an option to adjust these settings or change the default to 644 (rw-r--r--)
