Automatic Download of YouTube Channels not starting

Hi

I have added a YouTube account to TakeEasy and enabled the account as well as automatic downloading. The automatic downloading does not start. When I manually download the file is works fine. What am I missing?

I was actually confused about it. And I sent a support ticket to asustor about this function before. Here is what I understand:

After you add your YouTube account and enable the account and automatic download, the nas service will download the video when all of the conditions below meet:

• Your subscribed channels
• New video that are posted after you enable this automatic download.

That means the old / existed video will not be downloaded by this services. However you can download those old /existed video manually (Takeasy -> Subscriptions).

Well, i can't even add my youtube account (see attachment).

Of course both name and password *are* correct.
