Takeasy Error 5302

Receiving the following:

Unable to obtain information. (Ref. 5302)

When trying to add a youtube channel subscription I am receiving the above error. Has/does anyone know how to solve this issue?

I don't know how to solve the error but I have checked and seen the following:
* If I have an older version of the app with a youtube account added that is converted to a list of subscriptions, the subscriptions list appears to be empty and no new videos are downloaded
* If I add a new channel with the following urls an "Unable to obtain information. (Ref. 5302)" error is thrown
** https://www.youtube.com/user/channel_name
** http://www.youtube.com/user/channel_name
** https://www.youtube.com/channel/hashed_string
** http://www.youtube.com/channel/hashed_string

Uninstalling/reinstalling Takeasy had no affect and the 5302 is still thrown. I am however, still able to download videos manually. Is there a place we can raise a ticket for this?

...and yes how does one ticket this without actually creating a ticket?

They replied to my ticket pretty quickly:

This is a known issue that currently our engineer is working on to address it.

We will release a fix as soon as we complete the fix.

I guess now we play the waiting game...
