VPN and Cloud Connect

Hi, when I start my VPN service on my NAS 304 I connect to the service ok however I can no longer access my NAS remotely thro Cloud Connect, myasustor doesn't seem to be able to see the new VPN ip address. Has anyone come across this problem and have a solution?, thanks Ian.

Assuming ur NAS is a vpn client? Ur NAS traffic is going through vpn.. Therefore u can't access it remotely outside ur LAN network since it's traffic is encrypted to vpn, yet I can use "utorrent remote" to manage Torrents, doesn't make sense how I can access that feature of my NAS. This is my situation..
