after move to ezconnect from myasustor vpn not working

I can't seem to get vpn working after the Asustor changed their domain from myasustor to ezconnect. I checked all I could firewall, router, settings a few times, nothing is working. Something tells me that new domain doesn't forward requests correctly, can anyone confirm ?
