PhotoViewer Not Working in Browser

I get a blank page when I click on a thumbnail in Photo Gallery 3. JPG opens just fine in Windows 10 Photo app.
I've tried in both Chrome and Edge. I've cleared Chrome cache. I am running Bitdefender Total Security and Malwarebytes (Premium).
