Cannot find Asustor Portal in App Central

Hello Liverpudlian,

Just came back from work rebooted NAS again and I have got Asustor portal in the apps ...upon installing it says successful. However, media player option is working via HDMI but no Kodi. Also, in App Central when I open the app it freezes on me and shows white blank screen via PC for the Asustor portal app itself. So far there is no reply formally from their end... ta!

i restarted and still cant see it at all. Support not helping much.

Any other users can help?

Called them up and they said its their server end problem.

However can manually install the apps from the link below. Do select the model that u have first.

Has anyone noticed problems with Asustor Portal and IR commands?

I noticed that Asustor Portal just recently updated and it seems that my universal remote, A Logitech Elite with Hub, now doesn't work properly. I'm controlling a AS7004T.

Its very strange because when I exit out of an Asustor app, in my case its Openpht, my remote works navigating around the Asustor Portal menu.

However when I enter an app, Openpht again, the remote stops working.

Even when I used the AiRemote app on my Android phone, it gets limited functionality. The directional pad works for the Asustor Portal menu, but not inside an Asustor Portal app.
