no HDMI output after upgrade to ADM2.7

so i upgraded to ADM 2.7 and after the upgrade, I also upgraded Xorg to latest beta.. ever since then I do not have HDMI output.. I was originally connected through pass through on the receiver but I also tried new HDMI cable connected directly to TV.. no video.. I restarted the NAS already as well as the Portal app a few times.. when NAS is restarted I get HDMI output during boot, but nothing once the portal app loads.. so i know HDMI is ok.. also when i got to portal app and try to see the resolution settings I get an error "Warning, can not find device (ref. 5015)".. any suggestions??

I'm trying a rollback to the previous x-org version, but it seems to force a kodi uninstall. Kinda brutal.

That's what beta are made for I guess !
Any help or suggestions ?

I opened up a ticket with asustor (you can try to as well, maybe they will see that more people have this issue) and just waiting to hear back from them.. I wanted to roll back as well, however also I did not want to uninstall kodi.. really strange it makes you uninstall multiple dependent apps instead of just disabling them..

I wasn't able to test that as I installed adm2.7 and then xorg right after the update.. later today I will uninstall portal and reinstall to see if maybe it's that.. if not, I will load older version of xorg and test with adm 2.7

My AS5002T is under ADM 2.7.0 RF72, my Xorg is 10.14.7.R22
... and all seem to work as expected ? but as you can see for the moment I don't use R29 beta Xorg ...

OK ... same problem (as describe before) with Xorg R29
... in fact xorg search and get for EDID ... but each time (and it's frequent) reallocate a 320x200 frame buffer
... so unusable ...

If I force (xrandr) another frame buffer ... I can see the mouse (xorg level) pointer ... but each time loop on initialization
... no force output works
... in fact xranrd always return to a status WITHOUT current mode (*)

I will go back to R22 (no time and I test it ... using a so exotic (my) method (I am at 1000 kms of my NAS)) ...

To reinstall R22 without losing your applications (when you uninstall Xorg R29) do as usual a hack on AppCentral version installed use for ex. R20 ... so after just "update" to R22 ...

This work well and just require you to enable again your asportal's applications ...

I just went through uninstall of xorg and had to resotre my apps data.. anyways, on r22 all is fine with adm2.7, but on r29 i get no video.. seems its an issue with xorg r29 for me...
