Hi,
I just got my first Asustor device (AS6302T) which should replace my old media player.
Decision for Asustor was made because of the HDMI interface and i can connect it directly to my TV.
Main problem i have that i cant use the Portal because the mouse does not work.
After starting up the Portal is displayed and a mouse pointer is shown in the upper left of the screen.
The mouse pointer does not move at all, i tried directly connected mouse via usb (2 different models), remote with AIremote app and with droidmote software. Nothing works.
I can connect a keyboard via USB, i am able to select an app and start it using the cursor keys, etc.
But after i left the program (with ESC key) the keyboard does not work anymore. I cant use the cursor keys or anything else.
Any idea how i could fix that ?
It is freshly installed with the newest ADM software...

Other question... as i read in different threads, its not possible to play the local media files, music for example with an Asustor App ?
There are Apps under "Asustor Apps" in the App Central, but if i install "Soundsgood" it does not appear within the portal.

First don't forget to ask Asustor support

Keyboard & Mouse are managed by xorg (X server), have a look or post here the log
/usr/local/AppCentral/xorg/var/log/Xorg.0.log

my mouse/keyboard also doesnt work on the portal, how do we access the log? file explorer doesnt seem to let us drop into root?

Use ssh tool (ex: putty or ShellInaBox under AppCentral).
