Hi
I have a AS-202TE
After ADM upgrade to 3.0.4.RCQ1 & a device reset, the files in the HDDs do not show up in the file explorer or on Windows share folders.
There are no issue with the HDDs. The HDDs have been used by the ASUSTOR device since the day I purchase the ASUSTOR. The HDDs are also healthy, according to ADM. I have RAID1 on the HDDs. The HDDs are supposed to be 30% full, but no files are shown in the file explorer (on ADM) or via windows shared drive.
Before the upgrade and device reset, I can see all the files.
Can anyone help me out? Is it possible to downgrade ADM back to the prev version (I think it was ADM 2.0).
Thanks.
Files disappeared after ADM upgrade and device reset

What did you see under ADM web -> Storage Manager. Can you see your original volume 1 (RAID-1)? And what did you see under disk tag window (disk status)?

Yes, I can see my original volume. It is indicated as healthy.
Still unable to list my old files.

If you see your volume being healthy, I have no ideas what's wrong. I think you should send a support request to asustor to check it. https://support.asustor.com/
