empty announcements since ADM3.0.0.R8N2

Is anyone else seeing an empty system announcement popup when logging in to ADM (attached) ?

Hello Joe,

You can configure the system announcement under Settings / General / Sign In Page Style. You can disable the System announcement or type your own system announcement there.

I struggle to see a valid use case for this feature but I'm sure it must be useful for something.
