ADM installatlon on AS-202TE fails

Setting: resetted AS-202TE (bought used recently), clean HDD in slot 1

Problem: the ADM upload does not start using both "AUSTOR Live-Update" and "Manual ADM-Update. After clicking in te browser on the arrow to the right the next page loads. However, the animation visible in e.g. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bzecZQ4-aCw at 4:39min aren't visible. After leaving the NAS on this page for hours nothing has happened.

The AS-202TE recognizes if a HDD is present in slot 1. The HDD installed into the NAS works when connected via USB-Adapter to a PC.

I also tried the AiMaster Android app. However, the app doesn't find the AS-202TE (using auto-detect and manual ip), even though the AS-202TE website is accessible from a browser on the same device. Looking at you youtube video (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5ZATeOwnalA) this seems to be due to the missing ADM on the NAS?

I can log in into the AS202-TE through ssh.

Does anybody know a workaround for installing the ADM? Any help is very much appreciated! Thanks!

mm... Your ADM version must be too old. Sending a support ticket is a correct way.
