I have an AS-202TE which is running version 2.6.5.R9N1 of ADM. When I log in, it asks if I would like to upgrade to version 3.0.2.RA22. If I answer "Yes" to the prompt, it attempts to upgrade the NAS, but continually fails when the message pops up warning me that I cannot roll back to a previous version.
Hoping someone can help - maybe I could do a manual update if someone could explain how (although it looks like the latest download for AS-202TE on the website is 3.5.9.RR23 which makes me wonder if this is a multi stage upgrade?)
Grateful for any help
Kindest regards- Ian

Re: ADM update fails on AS-202TE
Yes this is a multi stage upgrade, it's stated in the release notes:
There's a way of course to manually dump the firmware image onto your NAS but it's complicated especially if you have precious data, so contacting Asustor support is the best bet.
The 3.2.4.RNN1 is a 2018-11-26 release and it seems your firmware 2.6.5.R9N1 is way too old and from what I've checked it's also not possible to get the 3.0.2.RA22 firmware binary to update it yourself. So I would suggest you to contact Asustor Support open a ticket with them.If current ADM version is older than 3.0.2.RA22, please upgrade to ADM 3.0.2.RA22 first, and then ADM can upgrade to 3.2.4.RNN1.
