Certificate manager private key

I've managed to screw up my certificates magnificently, not sure how though. Apparently I've exposed the private key of my Let's Encrypt certificate as it ended up being revoked. I didn't revoke it myself, so this is the only scenario that I can come up with. Even if I renew the certificate for the same domain, it ends up being revoked, which to me might indicate that ADM certificate manager is using the same private key to apply for the new certificate. How can I change the private key certificate manager is using? Any other possible scenario that might be causing this?

ADM version 3.5.7.RKU2 running on AS-202TE if it makes a difference.
