Launch Plex on my NAS

Have a old model of AS5104T NAS, OS is the latest 4.0.6.REG2.

I followed this instruction trying to launch Plex from my NAS connected to my TV via HDMI cable

But after I click/select the Plex icon in Asustor Portal, it gives a dark screen with the mouse icon, that's it. Tried a few times still doesn't make any difference.

I am wondering if anyone had similar issue and whether there is any solution to this?
