Inconsistent system startup/wakeup

Hello,

Usually my nas is in sleep mode and when I need it, i start it with a lan wakeup.
Most of the time it starts properly, but sometimes it stays blinking forever. I know that on boot time, it could be that a fsck is running or similar which takes times (or ages).
After wakeup, I am able to connect via smb and ssh, but not via mysql. I can connect also via adm (aimaster), but not via webinterface at port 8000. in ai master all functions are working - eg system information returns with a json error "Value null of type org.json.JSONObject$1 cannot be converted to JSONObject", so I guess not all api endpoints are responding properly.

Do you have any suggestions to:
1. fix this issue without reboot
2. automatically detect if such a system status appears (second can be done via cronjob, checking every minute if mysql and adm is runnining and execute same steps as 1.)

restarting asportal daemon did not help to get access
