Hi,
I need some help here.
Recently, i have problem accessing my AS-304T and apparently, the NAS 1st bay disk doesn't lights up.
And after a few attempt, i decided to send NAS to service centre for checkup.
I was told the total repair might cost estimated US$200 and freight cost between Singapore and Taiwan.
Therefore, i decided to buy a new NAS and eventually i got the AS3202T.
When i switched on the new NAS (AS3202T) with my existing harddisks (3.5 SATA III HD 2x3TB WD30EFRX) installed, it is showing my NAS name as AS-304T.
Question: How can i correct the name to AS3202T... sorry i'm not a techky person here... do i have to perform a data backup and install my NAS as AS3202T?

Do you mean on ADM web page or Asustor Control Center page? You can try to change ADM web page -> Settings -> Network -> Server Name.

hi
how do you know your new NAS is showing "AS-304T", if you don't have access to ADM ?
