Decrypt Health Record

Hi All,
I am having several issues with my NAS and the support has been too slow to address the issues.
Is there any way to get the full system log?
The Health Record zip file is encrypted. Any chance to get this password?

I don't know about it. But it may be faster to enable terminal service in ADM and use ssh (if you know system log, you should be familiar with Linux)...

Hi Orion, well... the logs available in/var/log are useless... do u know any other location where I can find them?

Most of important things are moved to /usr/builtin/. You can check /usr/builtin/var/
