Just to summarize after checking, in case others having the same issue, it was the ADM blacklist/whitelist that's blocking the connection. If you need to access the NAS remotely, I would advise against using the blacklist/whitelist because the origin of your connection might change especially using mobile network. Just use the trusted list and auto blacklist should suffice.
PS: Disable the non-HTTPS port forwarding on your router and use HTTPS only when connecting remotely which is much secure. You can still access the HTTP within your home network.
