I update to 3.0 but unfortunately had this failure
I've submitted a ticket to support a few hours ago
Just wonder if anyone knows how long it will take for a reply or if anyone knows how to remedy this?

Not sure what's the problem. It seems that disk-1 got errors. But your RAID-5 volume should be on-line in degraded mode. It's better to get asustor support's help.

It's not a good idea because your disks are in unknown state. It's better to get asustor's help. Or, if you know how to get "dmesg" and "cat /proc/mdstat", you can post the information here.zul277 wrote:Thanks
