Error - system failure and inaccessible volume

Post by zul277 »

Hi

I update to 3.0 but unfortunately had this failure

I've submitted a ticket to support a few hours ago

Just wonder if anyone knows how long it will take for a reply or if anyone knows how to remedy this?

Not sure what's the problem. It seems that disk-1 got errors. But your RAID-5 volume should be on-line in degraded mode. It's better to get asustor support's help.

Thanks
Wonder if I can restore my NAS and reinsert the drives as migrated array?

It's not a good idea because your disks are in unknown state. It's better to get asustor's help. Or, if you know how to get "dmesg" and "cat /proc/mdstat", you can post the information here.

Your information is quite limited. You'd better to send a support request to asustor to check it . https://support.asustor.com/
