The Boxee list many apps for streaming multimedia or viewing other content on the device. Beside those apps, the best thing for Boxee is you can add more apps from third-party repositories. Here we will show you how to install apps from third-party repositories:
1. Open Boxee and click Apps
2. Find the “Repositories” on the button of left hand menu and click it.
3. Click “Add Repository”
4. Enter the URL of repository site and click done; hereby we will add a popular site call rockboxee. You may find more repositories list below.
5. After success added, you will find the Repository (RockBoxee) is listed on your “MY REPOSITORIES” list.
6. Click on the Repository you just added (RockBoxee), and then bring up the individual apps within that repository.
7. Now you can select an app and enjoy it!
PS. You can also add then app in to “MY APPS”, therefore you can launch it quick and easy from your “MY APPS” list next time.
