Soon means Needs of Asustor. Clinton Hall does the recoding and submits the applications. Asustor then has some sort of approval process it needs to go through in order for them to feel the app is safe enough to put in App Central. This is exactly the way iTunes, Google Play and other app stores work.

You just have to wait out the process.
