Subsonic local jack output

Post by higherdemon »

Is it possible to configure a player in subsonic that plays out using the audio jack on the Asustor NAS?
Like soundsgood app does?
I have a AS-302T NAS

Thank you!!

I'm sure is is possible, but I don't know if this would be trivial, or very difficult.

I have "adopted" this apkg from JohnnyFive, so I don't actually know that much about it. I'll try and have a look when I get a chance. If you (or anyone) find out anything that might help, please post here.

ok... This App https://www.dropbox.com/s/5kkr5tfay42vz ... y.apk?dl=0 now includes V5.0 and runs as admin... I made a few tweaks to the start-stop routines and seems to work fine.

This App https://www.dropbox.com/s/eigh6ejsv5fwa ... y.apk?dl=0 is the same as above and includes the audio drivers from Soundsgood... I am hoping this will allow for local jack and usb speaker playback via jukebox mode, but I have not been able to test this.

Please test and let me know...

so 5.0.a works and allows audio playback via the local jack?

if so, I'll submit to App Central...

Subsonic local jack output

just picked up a 70s Fender P bass. Looks all original, except the output jack perhaps. It looks old, but is stamped "Taiwan".

What markings, if any, would indicate this part to be original?

Thanks.
