Logitech no longer works

I can instal the app but it does not open web interface when launching, just cant connect notice. I have tried every thing i can think of and i am stuck. Reset NAS , used different browsers , uninstalled other apps , nothing makes a difference. All ports are open.

I really liked it when it was working.

AS602T With 2 x 3tb western digital red in raid 1

Has any one else come across same issue and found a solution?

Login via ssh and post the output of this command

Hi Clinton,

I'm not computer literate at all.
I downloaded putty and logged in via ssh and copy and pasted your command line and got permission denied at end of command line.
Not sure what i am doing wrong.

Web page link to logitech app i get Error code: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED
Thanks for the speedy reply to my post.
Does this have anything to do with chmod 755 /usr/local/AppCentral and app permissions?

it may be the AppCentral permissions...

In appcenter (via Asustor Web UI) install or update SABnzbd (the latest version should fix these permissions). You can disable SABnzbd after installation.

Now use the command posted previously, or just disable and enable lms in AppCenter.

Does it now work?

I followed your instructions and ran the command line again and it is now working again.
