configuration and tutorial

CouchPotato is an automatic NZB and torrent downloader.
You can keep a "want to watch"-list and it will search for NZBs/torrents of these items every X hours. Once a correct release is found, matching the correct quality, it will send it to SABnzbd or download the .nzb or .torrent to a specified directory.

Hi,
i'm new for NAS and this new system of downloading.
I install couchpotato, lazylibrian and sinckbeard and I found film and series that I want.
I undestand that these apps use torrent and irc server. In my mind I think it is usefull also for only torrents...
But nobody appens! there is some tutorial to config these app wiht some free services to test the system?

I use UseNet servers primarily... these Apps are very useful for usenet servers if you have access to one.

Ignore the parts about installing... just look at the configuration sections
