Sickbeard - webpage is not available

When I click on the Sickbeard icon in ADM it opens a new web page (as is normal) but I get a blank page with the message "The webpage is not available"

The URL is https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:7071

I have tried stoping and starting the app via App Central and it makes no difference.

I am reluctant to delete it and re-install as I dont want to lose the config. So I tried to get to the ADM shell via shell in the box and I cant access this either. I get the same message above. The URL for that is https://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx:4042.

Other apps work fine, e.g. couchpotato, Sabnzbd.

Anyone know what I can do to resolve this on both Sickbeard and Shell in a box?

just enable ssh, use putty (windows) or terminal (OSX)
Log in as root, then do

/usr/local/AppCentral/sickbeard/CONTROL/start-stop.sh restart

post the output here if it doesn't work...

Im getting the same error.
Im on ADM 2.3.0 RBSC.
I can go to CouchPotato or SABNZB for example but not to SickBeard nor Headphones.

I logged in via Putty and did /usr/local/AppCentral/sickbeard/CONTROL/start-stop.sh restart
but no luck.

Any idea?

Edit: Well, I installed SickRage to see what is about and same thing. Cant go into SickRage because page is not available.

OK.
I deleted the PID from Sickbeard and then restarted and it worked.
Same for Headphones and SickRage.
Thanks for the hint to look at the ssh restart command output.
