I need your help, I have a NAS 6210T and I can not log in, I tried to reset the NAS by the Reset button and it does not work.

Can you help me solve this problem?

If you forgot your password, you should be able to reset it by means of reset button (hold it for 10 seconds until you hear a beep sound). Otherwise, you'll need to provide more information about "cannot log in", for example, what software to login, what do you see.
