AS-302T - Newbie Install Problem

Hi Folks,

Got the box unpacked of AS-302T and can see both Seagate 4tb NAS disks as 'status normal', but when the wizard initialises installation of RAID 1, under volume settings/HDD partition it displays a cross next to HDD partition and says 'some disks were not available while creating the volume''.

Both HD's are brand new out the box. Seagate ST4000VN000 3.5" SATA III NAS Drives.

Anyone have any suggestions how I might continue ?

I read certain similar articles in this forum. They did hotfix upgrade. You may have a try:
