Blocked from posting/commenting when using home IP

There's no forum issues sub, so it's going here.

When I try to post or comment to this forum from my home IP, I get an error that my IP has been blacklisted and for more information to see Spamhaus. When I check, Spamhaus says there are no issues with my IP (and as far as I'm aware there's no reason why there should be).

I'm now using 4G data on my phone and can comment without issue (and if this goes up, I can post too).

Any reason why this would be happening? Is it happening to anyone else? Is there any way to get this wrongful IP ban lifted? Any admins/mods around and able to help?

Same here, had to resort to VPN, I've contacted one of the active admins.
