Hello All,
I am new to the forum and NAS in general.
Seems I may have done something wrong during first boot on my NAS. The initialization sequence did not follow the examples on line and now ACC indicates Status is "Ready." During Initialization, I was never given an opportunity to enter an admin name nor password. Can someone explain how to reinitialize the NAS without having the required name and password?
Thanks

Hi,
Do a short reset to keep your data and applications but re-init admin password and network default configuration

Don't press reset more than 5 seconds to don't enter in hard-reset (factory reset)
Philippe.

Hi Philippe,
I had tried doing a reset just before posting on the forum. It didn't seem to work, but it did after reading your response.
Thank You,
Ed
