AS1004T disappeared from LAN

Post by siryoav »

I just purchased a new AS1004T , connected 4 drives, installed ADM, started working with it (for like - an hour) - and then - it just disappeared from my network, not accessible anymore, not showing up in my DHCP server(on my router).Tried to disconnect the drives, didn't help.Tried to reset (with a needle through the tiny hole on the back) - didn't help.
All the LEDs are on.

Any ideas ?

Can you find your NAS by Asustor Control Center (ACC) software? When you pressed reset button, did you hear a beep sound?

No - I can't find my NAS through ACC - and that is because the NAS is practically not connected to the network - as it does not show in my router...
Yes - I did hear the beep sound, and tried this multiple times

A beep sound should mean ADM software is still working.
Check network socket (both NAS and your router). Are those network socket LED blinking? Try to replace it with a new cable.
