Access to NAS & Admin account are blocked via 1 PC only

Hi,
Hoping someone can provide some assistance with an issue I'm having accessing my AS-604T.
From my main PC (Win10 PRO 64bit), I am unable to access the NAS or map network drives via the Admin account. If I try to access from Chrome, I receive a blocked webpage (screenshot 1, attached). If I try to access via Asustor Control Center, the NAS status is shown as Blocked (screenshot 2, attached). If I try to map a network drive from Control Center, I get an Authentication error (screenshot 3, attached). The weird aspect is that I can access the NAS (using the admin account) from other PCs on my network - all of which are running Win10 - without any problems. I've tried creating a new user account (with the same privileges as the admin account) but this made no difference when trying to access NAS from my main PC.
