(RESOLVED) Changing Attachment File Size

Can anybody show me how to access the php.ini file? I need to change the file size. Currently it's set to 10MB. I need to change that so that members and myself can upload files to PHPBB3 that are larger than 10MB. I believe it can be done via FTP but I'm not sure how to do that. From what I have been able to determine, there is 1 other file that may need to be edited so any info on that would be appreciated. Simply changing the variable file size in PHPBB3 does not work.

Had to figure this out myself. Done! Used Putty to SSH into the right directory and edited 2 files. Works great now!
