How to submit a ticket

I have a problem with my 3202T and I want to submit a ticket.... but the software request to submit a disk status (aka Dr Asustor). As I cannot connect to the 3202, I can not connect to this famous Dr, hence I can not submit a ticket.

This Dr Asustor must have got his PhD in Amazonian forest or Patagonia studying flying flies...

My tip : buy other NAS ! I have a Celvin Q802 for almost 10 years, not a problem... The 3202T, less than 2 years, has its reset switch broken, two WD disk damaged in one year and I can not connect as it pushed me now to reset everything !
