Hi, I need to modify the /etc/sudoers with some config, but all changes are lost after reboot.
Is there a way to keep it permanent?

Thanks in advance.

Search forum, they are some explain on how-to run your own script at boot like this one : viewtopic.php?f=49&t=1681&start=20#p2381
BUT search for other solutions and examples ...
You can also create a fake apkg (using the tool provide by Asustor) if you want to have more options.

I will suggest you to don't change sudoers file itself but (like I do in myHD apkg) to add your own file in /etc/sudoers.d/ ... so you can dynamically change it and don't have risk to break the original and lost some things and solve problem if another apkg or Asustor program change back your own modification is /etc/sudoers file.

Philippe.
