How to make scheduled offline copy with some additional options?

Hello. I just bought AS6404T and tried to make offline copy on my external USB storage. I need to make offline copy of some separated shared folders from NAS to USB HDD. I tried one touch copy- all is fine, i like method, when i get new folder on HDD each time i press a button, but i can choose only one folder to backup at a time. External backup option can offer schedule and multiple folders choise, but cannot offer creating new folder each time, just simple copy. Is there any method to make simple backup copy, with creating some kind of file history, in scheduled mode by built-in utilities in my NAS? Or maybe any 3rd party software, without any compress/crypt methods? Thanks.
