Reading data from an instrument via USB

Post by ccdmfc »

I have an instrument that allows data export to a USB stick. Is it possible to an NAS instead of the USB stick so that I can access the data via a network?

It all depends on the said instrument driver support. That is if it has a Linux driver that you can compile or use native Linux kernel module and it does support exporting other than to a USB stick.
