Lag of Music and Sounds

Can someone explain how to listen to music on VirtualBox GuestOS Windows XP/7/10 ? Im trying all kinds of solutions but the music always has lags and latency issues. Every 10 seconds or so it has crackling/poping sounds. I tried all players its the same with anything, also tried updating drivers and buying Asus Xonar U7 MKii external usb soundcard, it works but even worse than default audio output.
