Hi all,
I've seen a vbox (virtualbox) being implemented on x86 qnap servers. It would be nice to run a VM on the asustor too. Having a small VM for trying webbased apps, or old XP things, and connecting to it with remote desktop (vnc) would be great.
Having 3GB of ram would allow a small VM to run without problems I think.

Re: Virtualbox?
I'm planning to buy a 202-TE for my home file sharing and storage.
I'd like to know if it's also possible to install a virtual machine like VMWare or similar.
Is it possible? Is there a manual to do that?

Re: Virtualbox?
202TE comes with 1gb fixed memory only and the CPU is too weak right?

Re: Virtualbox?
Yes i'd like to have a small VM also.
Please make it happen. With the Dual or Quad Core Atom and 3GB ram it could/should be possible not the fastest machine but if it runs at least i will be happy.
Thanks
