Increase Virtualbox HD vdi size

I have a virtualbox vdi hd working, and i need more size.
How can I increase vdi size? Can't find VBoxManage.

Can't verify, because my x86_64 NAS is broken but normally it's done using vboxmanage
stop the V.M.
resize
VBoxmanage modifyhd my.vdi
--resize 100000 (100GB in this ex.)
restart V.M.
Then you have to increase / expand / add new partition on vdi disk using internal tools of the guest (Windows, Linux, etc.).

Its in /opt/VirtualBox
