After this last update I can't seem to get more than 1.5 MB/s throughput between two asustors located in different locations. A little background
I have a NAS located at my house, and one located in my office. I have the one at the office back itself up via ftp to my house. It used to get around 20MB/S or so, now I can't get over 1.5. When I ftp from my laptop at my house to the one at my office I get 20MB/s or more. But from the NAS, on the same network, I get 1.5 MB/s.
This happened after the last update. Anyone else seen this behavior?

Re: Backup & Restore - FTP Backup real slow.
Did a little more experimenting. Its only if i'm using FTPES. If i go to regular FTP it works like before. Switch it back to FTPES and it SLOW!!!. So, something changed there.

What NAS models do you have and do you still have troubles?
I get 20 MB/s when rsync + encryption on local network and 60 MB/s if its unencrypted. If i add data compression i get 10 MB/s.. (From NAS to NAS).

I dont know if its a end result, but i got to remember Bittorrent sync. In app central theres an app named Resillo sync.. It hits 25 MB/s here and if im not mistakne its encrypted transfers.. so +15 MB/s using p2p on local network here
