ARRGGHH! Recover deleted files

Hi,
I've managed to delete half of my TV collection on my ASUSTOR AS3202T NAS (using sickrage).
I have x2 4TB HDDs in the NAS - independent, no raid.
Is there anyway to recover these files? I cannot see anything in Network Recycle Bins.
