Backup Plan doesn't open at system startup

I'm running Windows 10 and Backup Plan 2.0.0.10270. I have the option to start backup plan at system startup but it doesn't start. I have also tried adding the program to the startup folder and still nothing. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

I did not try it under Windows-10. I think you should report this issue to asustor. https://support.asustor.com/
