My AS-602T worked 3 year, but now he can't find anyone disk.

I see only this:

"Initialize your NAS
No disks detected. You must install at least one disk before you can continue."

I try change disk for another (working in computer) but result is same

I have 2 disk WD30EFRX raid 1

how i can get data from disk on os windows?

Oops, I think you should send a support request to asustor. http://www.asustor.com/
You might be able to mount your RAID-1 volume under Linux environment (for example, Ubuntu). As I remembered, you need to utilize "mdadm" command to assemble RAID-1 volume. (partition should be 4 on each disk).
