Amazon S3 backup not working

I created an Amazon S3 backup job in Backup and Restore - Cloud Backup. The backup starts, transfer rate is around 1kb/s and shows 8 days to complete for a 67GB backup. However the job completes in 30 seconds. No error messages and no files show up in the S3 bucket. Tried a 1GB backup, but same behavior. Any ideas?
