Volume crash help

Post by tkgregory »

I have an AS-608T and was in the process of migrating from Raid 5 to Raid 6. The process was about 75% complete and the server just froze. I waited 2 additional days and finally had to restart the NAS. After the reboot the volume shows as "inaccessible" and I cannot see any files etc in file manager. The only option under storage manager is "Remove". Is there anything I can do to recover the data as I really do not want to lose it if possible.

Also, I browsed the forum and online documentation and could not find anything that talked about what steps I can take to restore the volume.

I appreciate any assistance.

I think you should do nothing and send a support request to asustor. They can check your problem remotely.
