How to clone my 302 Nas

Hi all.
Im wondering if anyone knows how to completely clone the nas, I.E. All settings programs etc. are restored after a drive change. Im running 2 drive 2tb Raid 0 Media server, And one of the drives are getting some bad smart errors now. So i want to figure this out before it dies. I want to back it up to my FreeNAS box, And i cant find a way that will allow me to completely restore my Asustor NAS without having to set everything back up again. I want to be able to completely clone everything from the /root folder up.

Hi, I have exactly the same problem. Some one out there with an idea to solve that problem?

The only way i have figured is to pull the drives and use an external program. Which is a pain to do. As its not all that easy to setup if you dont know what your doing.
