Unknown error.: API Error ( as-604T)

Hi everybody, & sorry for my english, first of all ...

I am trying to use my external USB3 Toshiba 1TB disk, to plan a backup of my as-604T.

unfortunately, each time I connect my disk to usb3 port (1xusb 2.0 already used by a different external hd), I receive the above mentioned error, (Unknown error.: API Error) and the managing of the error is not the best practice.... :?

I try to format it both NTFS and FAT23. the problem is always present. :shock:

Of course, the usb3 disk is correct working on my pc.

Any idea ? :? :?

Hi Marco,

The API Error shows in [External Devices], right?

Besides, please help to do the followings:
1. Connect the USB3 disk to the NAS again (disconnect it first if it's connected now)
2. Follow the same procedure that will cause this error
4. Open [System Information] > [Dr. ASUSTOR], click [Export Health Record] and send the attachment to "support at asustor.com"
