I have never use Seed Box before so not sure how to set up the rsync job. I just googled it and found this:

However, I also noticed that it also supports FTP so perhaps you may wanna give it a try:
https://whatbox.ca/wiki/File_Downloading_and_UploadingTherefore, perhaps you can try to create a FTP backup job in [Backup & Restore] > [FTP Backup], select "FTP Server -> Your NAS" and refer to the instructions in the link above: (or refer to the attached screenshot)
You can also set up the schedule for it so that your NAS will fetch data from whatbox periodically.
