Encrypt Backup

Hi!

I'm a new user of NAS, I'm trying to find the guide to encrypt the entire backup but I can't find it.
the only information I got is encrypt folder, is there any idea how I can do it or any app I can download on App Central?

when I backup it just copies a folder, can I backup to only one file and it's encrypt? like a zip file with a password on it?
